Know matter what your combat is, a macro is a macro, a leval 3 or leval 126, it is still a macro. So i think they should have the same penalty as any other auto. It just means there more of a penalty for combat 126.

im a skiller lvl 3 and i go to the wilderness corse, and a lvl 50 chases me the whole way there, i get on over the bridge, lucky for me he dont have 52 agilty, then i start the corse and have only 3 lobbies left so i keep my chat on as i change worlds to run back he changes and kills me!!! well i hope he enjoyed my 1 lobbie

i agree, in a way. Were is herblore? is you ask me herblore is alot hard than agility, personally i dont think agility should be on there. But it is your idea.

You could try hard leather bodys, but as i said i personally have never tried it that way only 4 hours? hmmm lucky you im normally do up to 10 hours
