could anyone give me an estimate of how many anti fire pots i would need with 10-15k chaos runes at iron dragons? my mage lvl is 83 if that makes a difference. and is it better to use a air staff or a fire/lava staff? thanks in advance :D

thanks, i'm training farming at the minute while im woodcutting so it should go up a few lvls, i will eventually train slayer but i don't really like it that much, and ill try to train herblore when iv'e got some spare money going
