Sorry, the concept of positive or negative rights is not something I was familiar with. I think I see what you mean with that example. I don't believe a person is naturally entitled to the materials and resources used to educate them; that entitlement is something which, if it exists, has been created artificially. I'm not sure where you were going with it, though.
