I don't think you know what half-swing means. Half swing isn't when you only go up and then down, it's when you just go up. I am level 54 now and can not do it.

53 mining 5k from 54, going to stop mining today, will get 55 tommorrow for mith and post a picture of my first mith ore mined :) I am also going to buy my supplies for 50 smithing tommorrow (3600 or so iron and like 7k coal).
