I don't know if this works but next time I get a frog token I will try it! You want to know what is quite funny to do? Most of us have a frog token or 19 haning around in our banks. Head on over to the make overmage in fallador and switch genders. Then grab a law, fire, and 3 airs and take a trip to varrork where you can get a frog outfit from Terlessia I think it is? After that go back to the makeover mage and turn back to your origanal gender and you can wear the opsite clothing! It's quite funny for some people and confuses others.
