Yup, yup & yup. I'm honestly stumped/ the guide says the light blue top and not the turoise one, so that's what i've got. i just made the tiara so that's definately fine... and i'm wearing my ham skirt-y thing.. and yes, at the mill between ardougne and hemenster. i've had this clue for three days now amnd i'm still stumped.

Unenchanted means it's not an AIR/mind etc tiara, right? If that's the case, it's definately unenechanted (made it for the clue scroll). I am clapping... But just for the hell of it I have also tried every other emote I could do.. I am not wearing anything else... Twas the first thing I thought of... :/ I'm still stuck.. It's my first lvl 2 clue and it's being a pain in the [wagon]...

well i'm assuming the floor you put the wheat in and operate the hoppers is the top floor. i sure as hell xcan't find any way to go any higher... and I already said i was wearing what it says.. making your writing bold won't change that dear ;) (and yes, i know the difference between blue & the turqoise-y color) Am i in the right building? that's the only thing I can think of :/

And before you all pounce on me and start moaning and whining... It's a straightforward clue. I've used the tip.it page thing,. and I'm still stuck. "Clap on the top level of the mill, North of East Ardougne. Equip a blue gnome robe top, HAM robe bottom, and an unenchanted tiara." I've done all that.. Where is he? :'(

How do you label clothes? Everyone labels themselves according to what they think they are/think they look like, yet very rarely does their opinion coincide with everyone elses. For the record, I consider myself a Goth, and have for as long as I've been alive. It was how I was brought up... What kind of clothes do I wear? PVC minidress/skirts, corsets, stripper shoes... I also like to play dressup lots :D I'm the stereotypical "goth" I guess.
