I dont particularly support luring but people who allow themselves to be exploited are always going to be exploited. People who are lured deserve to get lured and people who lure deserve to be reported-simple as. people who lure deserves the stuff that they lure its their hard work in killing stupid noobs that run into wilderness with good stuff.
