you an go to ice giants in lvl 45 wildy then wear rune scim , legs , pl8 and kite and a addy full helm u wont los anything i u have protect item on when u are being attacked u will have in your inventory 2 str pots a tele and the rest lobs and if you want alch rune to alch all blk and mithril stuff
