Good Luck on your goals! tip for herblore: Play the minigame sorceress garden and pick the herbs, good herbs for no cash + a bit of farming xp! best training without cash: guam & irit. Buy eye of newts at port sarim and go to pest control go back to port sarim, pest control, port sarim, pest control etc... tons of xp for a bit of cash!
