Answer to your questions: Adamant bolts do sell on ge(usually instant for medium, but may take a while), and you make a profit making them from adamant bars made in the blast furnace. The 3 levels before that, I would make mithril bolts with the same method.

If you are looking for some cheap or profitable herb levels(which I think you are) farm your own ranarrs and pick your own snapegrass at Waterbirth. Takes a while, but it's worth it. Collecting the ranarrs takes no work(so skill or something), but even the snape shouldn't take too long.

Smithing: make adamant bolts using blast furnace. Construction: oak larders are indeed the best.

Most people in GWD recommend 80+ all melee, and 80 magic. Also, 60 prayer for chivalry and 70 prayer for blessing/piety helps as well, although they are not required. You could do it with a team of 4 or 5.(depends on team mates' levels.)
