Use the whip and then use sgs for specs. Certain tasks sgs is better than whip.

Making super strengths is good for herblore, and Pyramid Plunder is your best bet for theiving.

you need boots from fremenik diary to do this, but.. don't forget spottier cape/penance gloves if you have. Ride the boat to waterbirth, collect snapegrass, bank at peer the seer. Easy.

Superheat is better. It's good for F2P, but no, it's slower than Alchemy. Alching is like 65-70k/hour, and Superheat is 50k/hour. That's crap, superheat casts almost as fast as you click.(I made a guide on superheating, it's much better than alching)
