Hm.... Go to microsoft.com and download the free trial of their image editing program. (the name escapes me at the moment...) Search around the downloads area for a bit and you'll find it. Photoshop is great, but if you are inexperienced in making graphics, or otherwise inexperienced in Photoshop itself, I wouldn't reccoment it, unless you also want to take some classes after you buy it.

I was trying to get an old/painted look with it. Can anybody give me any tips as to how to give the image a "cracked" look, like what you see in old paintings? (yes, im a scrub in this board, so help me out a bit.)

It's not really an issue of completely stopping autoers, just keeping them out of the fishing guild. 'Tis a good idea, in my opinion, to make a total level requirement for the guild, but definately not a combat requirement. Way too many skillers would get angry.
