Thank the lord! someone in this forum knows what the words "general discussion" mean. I do also agree that this could potentially be a good update, but it could also be a nad update. If, in this update, Jagex takes us into consideration as much as they are the bots, then I beleive it will be good.

well well well, someone did the same thing as me when i got 99 hunter. About a month after Impetuous impulses came out, i got to be like 20 xp from 99 hunter (my first 99). walking back to the bank, oh hey! a magpie impling! maybe it will give me a snap seed! *catches it* Congradulations, you have now acheived 99 hunter blah blah blah :XD:

I'm going for 99 actually. Unlike every other skill, I can train this for days and days and NEVER get tired of it. I love the skill. But yea, going for 80, then 85, then 88, then 92, then 95, 97, 98 and the big 99. Nice dude, I'll see if I can donate ya some seeds once my next MTK batch comes in :P

All these people come here thinking they're so cool by telling everyone to stop speculating, and telling me to quit, etc. I'm not saying I'd even come close to quiting if this happened, and FYI I RARELY PK. Why thank you sylvan, I'll definately add you and nice job on 15m xp :thumbsup: I am starting to crank up the xp, doing nothing other than theiving, and I will most likely be 95 tommorow, sooo close :D Anyways, today was good, i got over 300k xp and my 3rd sceptre in my second to last run of the day! I'd post a screeny but it would just be too other sceptre pics lol.

The BTS specifially states that this minigame will be dangerous and that players will be able to take other players loot.

I'm thinking of stocking up on different types of bones...who knows, maybe we'll need em' to summon the specific creature?

EDIT: Well, to all of you whiners and complainers who hasseled me while I had this thread up saying "they would never do that your so dumb!" etc. GUESS WHAT! I WAS RIGHT! Below is a post i made the day the BTS december came out, now was I right or was I right? Now, one thing I'm very dissapointed about is that we will not be able to set our own prices in summoning, and I feel like Jagex is restricting us greatly by not allowing us to sell items based on supply + demand. (many items will be in high demand when summoning comes AKA eggs... Well, we have all read the December BTS, and I would bet a lot that my theory is right, but before a mod locks this, let me tell you what will happen next...(in the "BUT WAIT" section) First off, I'm just going to put the peices together in a simplified manner. Pieces 1. Jagex is battling RWT. 2. This and last months updates have been focused around stopping RWT. 3. A main method of RWT is intentional PKing. 4. Dangerous wildy monsters 5. Bounty hunter: dangerous PvP killing where the players get the opposing players loot. 6. Wildy gravestones (wtf?) 7. Clan wars...nuff said Well, what is going to happen this month, is Jagex will introduce these 2 minigames, which is, in essence, controlled pking and clan wars, where the pkers do not get to choose who they will fight, but are rather assigned a victim. Jagex will claim that these minigames will fairly replace the PvP wilderness fighting FOR LOOT. There will still be PvP in the wild, but instead of the player who is killed dropping their loot, they will simply create a gravestone. So what will make the wildy dangerous anymore? I'll tell you, jagex will throw in a few high level "spiritual" monsters here and there and call it a day. With this in effect, RWT's will not be able to fight the person they want to trade with (unless very randomly chosen in the bounty hunter minigame), and therefore jagex will come one step closer to eliminating RWT's. I am also speculating that these 2 minigames will be available to F2P players as well... [hide=BUT WAIT!]BUT WAIT! I was speculating this update earlier, and i thought of a way that RWT WILL still be able to trade once the wild is no more. All a RWT has to do, is go to a semi-dangerous monster and die with they're goods right next to the person to whom they wish to trade with. So, what will jagex do? Perhaps they will add gravestones to anywhere in the world if a player dies, but i can almost assure you that in the future, when a player dies, no one will be able to pick up his loot...so say goodbye to getting your items back if you die at a boss monster with your friends there...[/hide] EDIT: The one plus side i see to this is that RC PKing may be eliminated, but what would be the purpose of that! why would we get something good out of this?! To make RCing through the abyss harder, jagex will probly place a "spiritual Jad", a "spiritual Daganeth king" and a "spiritual Kree'arra" right outside of the abyss. So, call me crazy, but i'd bet a lot of gold that i'm 90% correct with my theory, and please before a mod locks this for speculating about this month, READ THE "BUT WAIT" part, because this thread's speculation goes beyond just this months updates. I may have left some evidence out because there is just so much of it, but please, tell me what you think of this.

Quite interesting indeed. It depends on how you want the murder to be. For instance, and most likely, killed by gases, poisoned, or a chemical reaction in his body caused by a foreign substance, making the body overcompensate and kill itself. Think of what you want first, then repost here. Also, if it's a short story, then you probably will need people (Obviously) who are solving the mystery. Think of names and jobs of people (i.e., Bob CSI) that involve chem, report here on what you want, and we'll work together. And solving the crime will be interesting as well. But we'll go in depth on that later, just focus on the main themes (Those above). That it? Wow. Well, i was just assigned my AP chemistry class final project of the semmester. I am supposed to write a murder mystery short story and must use chemistry to solve the murder (the evidence leading up to the solution of the crime is based on chem). I decided that i would post this here because i simply don't know where to begin. So with a little imagination from both you and I, i will write this story and later post it here so you can all tell me what you think of it. For anyone who is wondering, the chemistry concepts that can be involved are stoichiometry, chemical reactions, gases, atomic structure, bonding, intermolecular forces, and solutions. For anyone who would simply like to help me create a plot, there are no guidlines other than the fact that there needs to be a murder, and it needs to be somewhat entertaining. Please anyone any advice would be AMAZING, and FYI I have until monday December 10th to write this. Thanks
