I was in game and ready to go...and what happens? The system quits...I lost my chance to get 'Haseo'. It shouldn't hurt this much but it does....

So I changed my runescape name to 'Albel'. I just found out there is a chance to change my name something I have been wanting for ages. Hopefully I can get this name change tomorrow :)

One of best friends irl got his dream 99. We made a promise to each other 6 years ago that we would get them. We finally had ours...was a very special moment.

Missed a level up picture. I am at level 73 now but something cool happened and I want to share this. My good buddy in real life whos in game name is Lord Zone obtained his dream 99 which was herblore. We made a promise to each other back in 2007 that we would get our dream 99's one day. Mine was construction. Here is the story that is very strange and awesome at the same time. After I got 99 cooking a couple years ago I quit runescape. Lord Zoan kept playing and was miles ahead of in terms of levels. One day he texted me and he was getting 99 defense at the time. I got on for his level up...and it sparked me to come back to the game. here is my 99 farming thread and it talk's about that. http://forum.tip.it/topic/294443-giving-back-to-nature/ It's funny because Lord Zoan and I had been on 2 year long breaks...and we started playing again within 3 days of eachother. He had 94 herblore and left it so he could get 99 and get himeself going again. I now have a lot of work to do to keep up with him again.

Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. My name is Alble and I am coming out of runescape retirement. I have a challenge I have set for myself and I hope to achive this challenge with the community that really got me into runescape. First off, a little about me (irl) and my character (Albel) [hide=In real life] My name is Justin Clyburn. I am a 23 year old college drop out with some major goals in real life. My fiancee and I plan on moving to Blacksburg Virginia so I can go to NRCC and major in Instrumentation and Automation and Control Technology. I currently live in a sleepy town in southern West Virginia, I am currently employed at Wal-mart and have been working there for 4 years. I was a music major in college before and can play most of the brass instruments very well. The euphonium was what I specialized in. I own a bird named Larry, and two guinea pigs named Sophie and Nibbles. My name at the time was Haseo_8492ed. The name was derived from two of favorite video games at the time. Haseo came from .dot hack GU, and 8492ed came from Ace Combat 5. When I could change my name I used 'Seaoh' which is Haseo mixed up a little. I had small goals at the time, just to have fun and enjoy playing a new game with some friends. eventually I got membership and I was hooked in early 2007. By May 2007 I had first 99 (firemaking) and I wanted more. I eventually got in order after firemaking, woodcutting, fletching, magic, cooking, farming, construction, and runecrafting between 2007 and 2012. I obtained 2000+ total level and was all around a okay skiller with a good foothold in combat. However after almost 6 years of RS i finally put the game down for good. The new EoC and other things outside of runescape pulled me away from the game. I would get on from time to time, talk to friends and log out. A few weeks ago I heard about bonds that could be used in game for game time. I decided to guy one and see what RS had changed into. I found combat...well very confusing for someone who was out of the loop, but a lot of my skills were still the same. I decided I wanted to achieve a goal I set for myself back in 2007. I wanted to be the owner of 10 skill capes. If math serves me well I have 8...so I want 2 more. I would like to get 99 thieving as the first one...and another one to be decided at a later time. leaning between Hunter or divination as of right now. EDIT: 08/13/2014 Name in game is now Albel :) EDIT: 08/18/14 99 thieving is on hold...99 hunter is a go. EDIT: 9/10/14 99 hunter achieved. EDIT: 9/14/14 Finally bought a Santa hat again. EDIT: Sometime in late September Took a long ass break EDIT: 2/9/15 I'm back \o/ 2/14/15 Operation 99 slayer+????=profit!!! Is a go 04/04/15 Sold the santa hat. 99 range on 04/12/15 99 HP on 04/24/15 Bought Santa back and got 99 slayer on 04/25/2015 99 attack on 04/30/15 EDIT: I came back in early Feb...I was kinda at a lost of what to do. I really wanted to do combat...but everyone was telling me to do slayer and I just didn't want to do it lol. I always found the skill uninteresting to me because i was being told what to do...and i wanted maximum freedom in a RPG. However after a couple days of being berated by the FC I was in (especially by Saru Inc) I bit the bullet and started doing it. After like 3 days and gaining a lot of levels...I finally started to see the joy of slayer, and I cannot believe it took me this long to see it. I guess I always really resented combat as a skiller. I want to get 99 range, attack, HP and slayer along with 96 summoning (maybe 99 eventually) and 92 prayer. Hopefully all of this will come to be over the next few months. EDIT:EDIT: So here I am...99's out the ass and cannot be happier. So very lucky to have great friends here as well (you guys know who you are). So what am I doing now? I am going to keep doing slayer...while working on maxing. I don't know if I can do it or not but I'm certinly going to give it my best.
