RuneScape Information

  1. Try going with the recommended world option. I've been unable to log into my usual world without experiencing difficulties, but with the previous tip I did just fine.
  2. I'm having issues with loading times for the entire site (in game and out), but my internet has been chugging since I first booted up my computer so I'm wondering if it isn't just my own connection. Other than that this update looks great.
  3. Having just come back from a complete break of one year I feel a renewed interest in playing, but, like anything, this is bound to fade overtime and another break will be necessary. Having said that, I have come back to discover that my friends list is almost entirely devoid of any activity with the exception of one person and I imagine that many people just get tired of playing something for one, two, three, or four years and as we get older our tastes change or something new comes along. That's just the way things are.
  4. I was scammed once into giving up my password to a stranger who promised grand things as a newbie. All I did was beg him not to take my adamant pickaxe and hatchet.
  5. As any F2P fisher knows, the call for a bank off the docks of Karamja to make deposting your catch a bit easier has been called for by someone as you sit dumping your lobster pot or spearing your swordfish. I'd love to see it, but my prayers will most likely go unanswered. Perhaps my most desired update would be limited access of Fletching up to iron arrows for F2P players. Again, my prayers will probably go unanswered, but who said you couldn't dream?
  6. The beauty of any MMORPG is that you can play as you want. I myself am an older player (age wise) and a long time resident of the free to play realm. The fact that I am older limits the amount of people I find any connection with because of the amount of younger people that play on the F2P servers. Thus, what online friends I do have are few and far between and it is a rarity when we are all on at the same time because of differing schedules. With all of that I'm nearly playing the game as a single player experience. I usually confine myself to training a skill and I might socialize with whoever joins me in training, but that usually doesn't go beyond trading pleasantries or asking what level they are training towards. Also as I am a F2Per, I have little else to do besides train a skill or player kill, which I am not a fan of for various reasons, and that greatly limits what I can do in the game compared to a member where the opportunities for socializing are much greater because of how much more is available to them. As I said in my first line, play as you wish to play.
  7. I generally see a rule breaker every once in a while and that basically depends on where I am training. Being F2P I usually find most rule breakers when I'm fishing as that is the most populated area I visit on any regular basis. As far as macros are concerned I don't report them because it really is impossible to know if they are a quiet person who just loves training a certain skill and happens to have an Asian name or if they are a true blue macro. I myself have made the mistake of assuming too much and having it blow up in my face.
