New item from lumbridge cook after lumbridge diary 4. Contains a random amount of higher tiered f2p food, which essentially stores around 400-800lp in 1 spot. cant be banked there's a right click option that empties all food into your inventory. it can be used in cwa, i just checked myself. you get one of them each day. they have a random amount/type of food. not sure if u can own 2 at the same time, but im hoping you can xD EDIT-you cant just thought you'd like to know.
