I find it pretty hard to maintain eye contact with people, I feel really uncomfortable when I look people in the eye so I usually look away when I talk. Anyone have some tips to get over this?

A fixed gear bike is a bike where as long as you're feet are moving, the wheels are moving, and if your feet stop, the wheel stops. And you should get a flip-flop hub for your SS bike, so you can ride fixed or freewheel!

I'm pretty excited, I'm going to ride a half century tonight on a fixed gear, should be fun! Oh and I might be getting a new road bike soon, I've been saving up and I think I might have found just the right bike.
