I say get your prayer up. bring prayer pots so you get protection all the time. preferably you range with enchanted bolt tips for extra damaga

I say dont wear any armor and just keep that teletab so you dont have to worry about so much getting lost if you dont tele out of there quick enough. If you really want to wear armor, I say best mage def because mage does hit the most and can freeze you in one spot (ice barrage, entangle)

go into the volcano. link to the map. props to tip.it I believe you start at the bottom (climbing rope) when entering from the volcano and then make your way up to the other climbing rope and you are in crandor.

honestly i wouldnt train there at lvl 53. I'd do brimhaven agility arena until 70- 75. at 75 you dont mess up at ape toll :D
