You could definitley get your skill goals. Possibly all the quests. 50- 60 wc will take like 2 hours of focused wcing. your fishing goal will come in like 3-4 hours. idk bout fletchting

hill giants could be one. Also the SoS is always great for training. Maybe level 3 of the SoS

if you wanna do dragons then do them. blues and greens could be good for you. lessers are an option and ankous have ok drops

with 89k iron knives, i think you have a chance of getting to 99 range. starting from one it will take forever and alot will be wasted. i say start using them when you hit 30 range

there are spawns of seaweed in karjama. just use the seaweed with a furnace and you get soda ash. its free that way

if you want to litterally buy your 99, do construction :P if i were you maybe get something in your combat to 99
