Am I the only one that thinks the MP412 REX is an absolute beast of a gun? Two shots from close up or one to the face and they're down, and if you hit someone a couple of times with your primary gun, just one to the chest.

Just change it in-game then. It usually stays the same for me.

I meant in general, are they more worth using anyway? I know they're for ground targets, I'm just wondering whether they are better (get you points easier) than heatseekers as an additional weapon. Not really worth using heatseekers as I never kill with them, but rocket pods look useful for ground targets which are easier to take out than other jets. :P

Beam Scanning H2PM. :P I haven't had much luck with rocket pods. Are they better than heatseekers?

Why don't you find a target, get a run up whilst locking on, then shoot both? I don't have them yet, but I'd assume that's the best thing to do. It would be kind of overpowered if it took them out in 1 shot.

I agree completely. You wouldn't have a shell explode in your cockpit and survive, likewise with heatseeking missiles. 2 should destroy it, not flipping disable it. <_< And oh god the triangles. It's horrible not knowing what you've just unlocked. And why did they decide to show you the attachments you haven't got? If we don't have them, don't show them. Herp a derp. >_<

Hey Over, you know I'm your best friend? *Wink wink* Played a couple of games for the first time in a couple of weeks. Went 3.00 K/D (ish) in both.

First chance on TIF in a while. :D Got up to Air Radar on jet and F2000 on Assault, mortars on support, and no idea what I have on recon. So much fun with my friend doing what we call 'invinci-tank', hopping in a tank (obviously) and repairing it whenever it gets hit, but going along and getting plenty of ribbons for repairing...31 (7 repairs for each ribbon) in 3 games! And blimey, the Mobile AA is a beast. o_O

I know how you got service stars in BC2, but do you get those on [bF3] from getting every attachment with a weapon? Or am I thinking of something else from BC2...

Because snipers should not be destroying vehicles. Neither should assaults really, but they can do some damage with their grenade launcher. "But then how is that balanced if snipers can't do anything against vehicles?!?@!@hauifhasif" SNIPERS AREN'T MEANT TO KILL VEHICLES. Plus they have the Soflam, and the MAV. Support gets C4 to blow up walls to make pathways for teammates (You know, supporting other people), and take a huge risk when trying to take out vehicles with it. A huge risk when the driver doesn't even know he's there? It's not exactly rocket science to slap 2 C4s on the back of a tank and press the detonator. By that logic, wouldn't it be better for support to have the Soflam/MAV. You know, to support other people.

I may just be too low a level to get them, but I can't understand why c4 isn't an all-kit equipment on BF3. I personally used it more than the terrible mortars on BC2. <_<

I prefer it on this. I swear there was so much bullet drop on the snipers on BC2 it just wasn't worth it. EDIT: Huge win. Overtook an enemy jet...pulled up in front of him...he crashes straight into me. :L There's this little thing called 'skill' and 'experience.' It's why snipers could still kill you in BC2. And I could kill with snipers too. It just wasn't worth it though, when you could get far more kills going in close, reviving people and giving out ammo. If I adjust to account for bullet drop, and it still doesn't kill them with a neck-shot, then I'd rather have a guaranteed kill by shooting them with an LMG until they die. I spent enough time using the rifles on that class to get the .50cal, rather than using all-kit unlocks. The sniping on this (with the SV98 at least) is a lot more consistent for me. @Orpheus: It's the same for me, barely any actual jet deaths from jets or AA launchers, but a whole load from crashing into other jets and really thin things, like the crane on either Op. Firestorm or Kharg Island. And my jet randomly decides to drop out of the sky sometimes. While we're on the topic of jets, managed to get flares and heat-seekers, and about 200 away from stealth. :D Either you were playing on normal, or you weren't doing something right. I was playing on normal. I'm not particularly a fan of seeing the respawn screen. :P

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Haven't yet got the game, hopefully getting for christmas. :) Decided to watch a couple of gameplays last night though. I actually laughed when I saw the PP90M1's reload. As the guy in the gameplay said, it looks like your 'pee-pee' is a super soaker. :twss:

I didn't find that out until yesterday. <_< Also, how the hell are you supposed to get a kill in a jet? I can never seem to get any targets, and when I do I fail at hitting them.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
What gametype are you playing? If you are on domination, you'd be an idiot not to think that's going to happen. YOU ARE IN THEIR SPAWN. I can understand the frustration on TDM, but in FFA it's pretty much guaranteed to happen a couple of times.

I imagine it's probably more worth sniping when you've got friends you're playing with, who you can support by taking out the guys who're pinning them down.

I enjoy it when it doesn't stupidly match me up with people that know the maps by heart, rather than people slightly above my skill level. <_<
