It's still not possible to reach 99 in anything in two weeks, I kjnow someone who's powerplaying practically 24/7, and he's only begining to catch up with me. I showed him RS when school started.

It can't, the game ends in a war on hoover dam and requires several quests to be done. And I don't know of any 2D turn based games, I only play real-time.
