  1. Seeing how the tavern is kind of dead now a days and my hegemony isn't getting such a good reception I'm planning a new game. It'll be dungeoneering style but unlike its predecessors magic if all sorts will be banned an you will only on very few occations control yourselves. In the game you will each have finished testing a new kind of battlesuit high up on a space station, then a natural disaster strikes the planet bellow and as the station is flung out of stable orbit you will be given the choise of paintjob (camo matters!) and where to be ejected to. You start of with a simple suit, moderate protection and a decent gattling gun. Along your way you will find parts and software upgrades fallen from the station as well as alien devices and safespots to mod your suits manually. I will start by creating two maps, one for you to view, showing the entire planet and one for me showing the boundaries of factions and creatures. Some areas will be good for training solo while others will require cooperations. Now please list standard upgrades you wish to find. Also do note that while software updates can be shared, physical upgrades and modifications must be copied at a safespot or given.
  2. Anyone care to play this yet?
  3. Tried making one myself: Very poorly made though.
  4. I know, but they're small and the best I could find.

  6. Håkon begins melting the metal then asks Borkin, "Drink the metal, won't that hurt? And how do I get it out again?".
  7. Which they do, but they do not produce any noticable noice.
  8. Håkon searches for a mould for small balls and asks for permission to use the furnace.
  9. Here.
  10. Something you do not do by endangering the environement, all internal combusition (noisy) engines polute and use limited fuels.
  11. *Notes the amount of taverners on and lack of gaming*
  12. Drivers are supposed to stop anyways as long as you're not on the highway, though on stripes they are supposed to stop before you walk.
  13. Anyways if you're crossing the road where you're supposed to the driver is actually enforced by law to stop.
  14. That's me! Nah actually it's just that I work faster than most of my class and I'm instead just forced to wait during theory.
  15. Look, you are supposed to look before you walk, saying cars have to make noice is like saying a stove should have to make noice so people know the plates are on. Anyways to put it like this people who are dumb enough to walk without looking almost deserve to die so that they don't spread the stupidity. And removing the noice would not mean less kids would get ran over because at the age where they just walk around of the road without looking is before their hearing fully develops, a small child is incapable of hearing where a sound comes from and may instead be endangered by that fact that curiosity often insteads make them run out to the road to look. Ross: The power would be indirectly sent to the motors, like with hydrogen fuel cells the power is stored in a battery while the generation can be going on during night as well as when driving.
  16. Liying on the desk with my face on my arm..
  17. Yeah, you could just as well say you are too lazy to look before crossing a road.
  18. Hehe, Edel finds me funny. On a slightly related note I drew the Neversoft symbol (squewered eye) on my arm at school. When I came home I looked in the side mirror of my motorcycle and noticed what looked like a painful and bruised wound in my face, turned out I had just relaxed a bit to much.
  19. Steam is a greenhouse gas, if I remember corectly it is twice as potent as CO2.
  20. Nothing needs a lot of space, everything can be done small scale.
  21. *Points South-West and laughs* In most other countries the coast is often not as inhabbited as the more fertile inland.
  22. Actually Ross, it wouldn't, imagine the front of a normal SUV, it is pretty big, all of that is engine and cooling, neither of which are anywhere in electric cars. Now imagine the front of said SUV containing a osmotic generator, a cannister with salt and fresh water sepparated by a membrane, theh it would be connected to several batteries before the ending of the internal powerline at electric motors either at each wheel or axle. You'd have plenty of space, more than decent milage and you could even have enough electricity to drive a long way after running out of water. It would also be a plus in survival sistuations, if your car breaks down you can get water from the freshwater tank and in a zombie invasion you'd only need to go to the beach to refuel.
  23. What nuclear power does is to produce heat which is used with water boilers to produce steam which travells through a turbine, fans are unrelated. Anyways, would be fun to design the world's first osmotic/saline car, no?
  24. Great minds think alike... Similiar faces too aparently.
  25. That would be a nuclear car, well, unless it actually ran on steam or nukes.
