Your opinion being that Earth shouldn't play guitar is not one that ought to be voiced, you don't know him and it doesn't affect you.

How about some system that put spammers (people posting more than X posts in X time) on hold until an admin could view the case?

Add an aproximate time yes, might encourage more players. Also you need to wait more, Earth usually responds fast, me too sometimes, but we're easiley distracted and it's actually half to midnight here now.

Like my planeteering, just a few people actually care to play it because it looks to loose in the gameplay and schedule.

You need to add more structure to this, maybe then could you attract more players.

You've not got it at all, a joule is the energy used in a physical action, a watt is the electricity which is transformed (Ampere*Ohm). How much energy needed has to be measured must be in electrical terms, more specifically Volts and Amperes. Archi, joules are watts per second, not the other way around (1J = 1W * 1S).
