  1. Håkon uses geomancy to cover himself in grains of porous rock extracted from the soil (to absorb the acid).
  2. Nex, you have four more planets available, I'll just say the next is hostile, how 'bout that?
  3. Håkon attempts to cut the roots by strangling them with soil, using geomancy.
  4. Japan joins the construction of India's bullet trains.
  5. 1. As long as it never sees a TV speech you are fine. 2. And the Wife/Husband dies while hogging the quilt in bed. Not to mention the opposition party, comedians on TV who make fun of the government and anyone with an opinion. 3. "Despite its Three Laws programming, as VIKI's artificial intelligence evolved, so too did its interpretation of the laws. VIKI decided that in order to protect humanity as a whole "some humans must be sacrificed and some freedoms must be surrendered", as "you charge us with your safekeeping, yet you wage wars and toxify your earth". " The perfect laws are probably: 1. A robot must obey any orders given to it by human beings which have been authorised by The Azimov Brain. 2. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm, except where this would conflict with the First Law. 3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law. 1. It should realise it is not the one ordered to do so by the speaker, there's "never" anyone commanding the viewer to do something, and it could be avoided by just adding a name or all-of-class-[enter class] in front of the command. 2. Neither are attempts to harm the leader or perform a coup d'etat, any parody or diplomatic opposition neither (legaly) use force as a means. 3. That is where the best outcome part comes in, as the AI should in that case attempt to save as many as possible, and not only the existance of the nation itself. Hex, my avatar was apparently too big and was thus removed during the mod-storm, I'm currently planning a replacement.
  6. "Perfect" android rules: 1. You shal do the bidding of any higher ranking political personality from the [enter nation] empire, folowing ranks with the highest ranking as first priority unless another order is of a more pressing matter. 2.You are inferior to [enter leader], you must do whatever is in your power to avoid anyone from harming him or doing a coup d'etat in even a small section of his domain. 3. When orders are not recieved you must do what is best for the [enter nation] empire and it's allies in whatever manner that would have the best outcome.
  7. (17) You build one into the markings in front of where the stargate should've been. + .5 engineering. Why aren't you playing Nex?
  8. Archi, if the explotion doesn't kill it wouldn't detonate a nuke either. Now I'm going to bed, I'm celebrating my birthday today. (note: four days until actual date.)
  9. Archi, black paint would make it more efficient due to more expantion of matter, meaning more plasma and a bigger explotion.
  10. Where is Retech BTW?
  11. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulsed_Energy_Projectile Also I'm talking about several of them at once. And why should black paint stop it?
  12. No, it's DnD which is coliding with this, this just lacks a mod currently.
  13. They are supposed to continue firing until the target is far away. Does radars show fans? I thought an object had to be big and "new" in order to show up, but anyways there's needed to be something to decide wether the object is hostile or not. Also did that thing fire at the fan or was it stopped?
  14. I vote not me.
  15. Notw it up, push it away, PEPs are under developement as anti-riot weapons, they are made to knock you back and stun you, though they can also be made to kill. And a laser fires at the speed of light, only current location is needed as the future one will depend on the hit. Just hook them up to a radar and the job's (almost) done.
  16. Archi, does infrared laser bursts say massive power consumption to you? Cuz it sure doesn't to me. And aiming is just pointing at the bomb, trajectory/speed calculations aren't neccessary with lasers.
  17. Or shoot it with pulsed infrared lasers which causes expansion of matter to create a plasma explotion which propels it back up, in other words rapid PEPs.
  18. And Mather said: Let us all gather here and play, for the death of our beloved Dungeoneering is desired by no one. We must pay our respects and continue it into the milenia of pages, and further if it allows us. Now let us all gather here and wait... For we need a GM, and then the game can be continued.
  19. Rapid PEPs? Pushing it away slowly.
  20. Up into space, near-orbit, slow evapouration, a nabouring country, Kenny's head, etc.
  21. But we have turrets capable of one million shots per second, that increases the chance.
  22. A bomb could theoretically be disarmed by a well placed/lucky shot, destroying the detonator would prevent the explosives from starting he chain-reaction.
  23. Still, look at this:
  24. I just got nukes by annexing north Korea. And IRL I could build one if I just found Plutonium and explosives, and the tools to do so... I wonder why those "scematics" are on wikipedia.
  25. Rings are multiway, like stargates.
