Japan starts making plans for the building of a massive research facillity, 100 stories tall with 20 sub-levels streaching out to cover an area aproximately the size of Manhattan. And since I suck at names I shall call it the Atlantis reseach facility, unless you prefer Arcturus. Building will start at decade change. (Slightly lowered cost due to giving enough time to plan?) Ok, can you post it more understandable? Is your IAG equal to the previous decade's infrastructure times the previous decade's IAG? So will I end up with 2t in IAG or 3t?
