  1. http://img124.imageshack.us/img124/627/button1forchipper06xv12lj.png http://img124.imageshack.us/img124/2811/button2forchipper06xv13ze.png http://img124.imageshack.us/img124/4086/button3forchipper06xv1copy3am.png http://img103.imageshack.us/img103/1308/button4forchipper06xv13sp.png I'm not exactly sure if you wanted something more complex or not... but that's what you get for saying 'button'? :)
  2. Good colors, I can create them.
  3. The most beautiful signatures are sometimes the least complex, and sometimes the most. I use more than 10 times that many layers and effects when I make my images. This is a moderately complex, but beautifully simply signature, a good size, perfectly blended, and the effect transferred is great. The implied motion and brightness flares play well with the smooth line movements, and even better with the curves of the firey background. It's a perfect color scheme, and would match the sort of environment that Samus would find herself in. Poor critique is not something this thread should be recieving. Good work.
  4. Yes Wolflord, I am. And thanks kindly.
  5. Challenges are what I do best. Silvers and blues... that's the more challenging part, they aren't perfect foils for eachother, so color blends might not be as smooth as possible... I wouldn't worry though. Give me 20 minutes. (Ignore the work in my signature and avatar, that's ages old) It's 225 Kilobytes in its best form, meaning full quality .PNG. http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/4703/aussiekingsigxv1copy7hu.png Copy that into your browser to view, I'd rather not bust the image limits of a topic. This one below is still far too big to be used here, but it is the right pixel size, file size over, roughly 70KB. http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/1584/aussiekingsigxv29ud.png Here we turn under the filesize and pixel size limit: http://img504.imageshack.us/img504/9764/aussiekingsigxv32re.png I don't like anything except for the full size, 550 by 200 pixel version that I used as the main template for downsizing and creating the others. But the choice is up to you now, I've done what I could. Enjoy.
  6. And I find it challenging at level 123 with my skills... absolutely amazing accomplishment.
  7. The backgound is alright, subtle and cool colors define the blacks and make the white text stand out... but I must suggest only using white glows, and sticking to a black or grey-ish blue text. Slapping non-compatible text onto a signature can ruin the image.
  8. Lessons to be learned there... As Jagex warns... NEVER, EVER bring anything into the wilderness that you are not afraid to lose. The wilderness isn't a joke, and the attitude here is way too comical. I'm very sad to see that, let alone the malignant happenstance. You simply cannot expect to be safe when fighting dragons with very low hitpoints and trying to kill someone as a joke, anyone could have taken the items that was near you... after seeing that... and anything else bad could have happened. The bad event was COMPLETELY caused by those involved, and it really can't be funny to speak of such loss.
  9. Yes, while I'm sure we would all like to see harder quests, the reality is that one may be just around the bend. The Legends Quest was the hardest and last Quest of RuneScape Classic, and we're currently in the high 90s in terms of numbers of quests. The 100th Quest should truly be on an epic scale. I could do with something 10-20 times harder and longer than anything before, taking multiple days or weeks to complete, and only suitable for people with stats well over 80 and 90 in a lot of areas.
  10. I've gotten two events that I spoke to... and one I ignored by accident. The first came at the bandits, in heated combat, the second... at the bloodvelds, and my third, rather recently... at the black demons. All in heated combat, that seems to be the catalyst of their appearance.
  11. It definitely needs a border, don't make it overtake the signature... but it should be there. Good use of a render, but it doesn't blend into the signature. Putting a glow on white text is a horrible idea, use shadows, strokes, keep low opactities your main goals, and play with overlaying effects on everything, border, text, render, brushing... etc. Simple can work, but the colors need to play into the render and the border and the text... don't spring things into a signature that don't belong there.
  12. I could echo the sentiment of the prior posts... but they were slightly harsh. Picture /= signature. That means pictures are not signatures. You can't take ingame screenshots and hope they turn into signatures unless you do some serious modifying... which was not done this time. Nothing blends, nothing fits together... not a sig. Just an image.
  13. Okay, so you've got some renders... but you aren't going beyond that. You've left renders in an image when they make no sense at all. The text should always blend in with the signature and have various effects, and it should never be a non-congrous color. The backgrounds are horribly plain, they could be a single or double filtered radial blur in Photoshop, I can't know how easy or complex it was to create those. Crop the figures better, and blur the edges if you have such a tool. I see a lot of white around Bond in the first signature. Relying on renders doesn't display your own prowess when it comes to making signatures, it shows you can take someone else's work and make it look good for them. Your brushing has to say, 'this image goes with me.' Opacity changes in things are truly marvelous, be sure not to use them sparingly. Keep at it, practice can only make you better... and I suggest getting a program like Adobe Photoshop... the higher number the version, the better.
  14. Really amazing work for a first... you've recieved good criticism. Run with it and make it look even better. I never rate images by number, but this would be high up on the scale. You've got some serious pixellating potential.
