I don't see anything wrong with buying 99s as you have to have skill to make the money whether it's by going to God Wars or RuneCrafting Double Natures.

Sailing wouldn't be a very good skill IMO but you never know plus I alway like new skills. I'm not to sure whether it's a fake or not though.

When I log onto High Detail. My Graphics Card is Nvidia GeForce 5200 which according to a Jagex Mod should be good enough.

To complete RuneScape I think you'd have to get 200M in every skill, Complete all Quests / Mini - Games etc as then there is literally nothing else to do that would benefit your character. I have completed 0.0000001% of RuneScape :P
