Maybe an IQ test isn't whats needed really. At least a test before you have a child. Like basics on how to treat it, what shots and everything. Because I've seen a lot of parents having no idea what they should in some situations. Basically an example of someone who needed to take that test: Brittany Spears.

If you were President, whats one thing you'd change/add? You should have to pass a test before you have a baby. You have to take a driving test to operate vehicles and an SAT test to get into college. So why dont you have to take some sort of test before you give birth to children? When I am President, thats the first rule I will institute. Edit: I changed my mind about the idea above. I realised something; What if they fail the test? I don't want to make them get the falcon punch. So I think this is better off just as a dying idea. Really? How do you plan on doing that? (I'm NOT being sarcastic I am honestly interested in what you have planned.) I normally don't reply to people quoting me but if you seem interested then why not :) (US) Don't really have a whole idea/plan for it, but I would make a law that enforces people over the age of 21 to have a job. Of course except people who have STD/LTD. And yes I understand people that have jobs, that still stand in poverty, but maybe regardless of the situation with the employee the manager/boss could give extra bonuses, for hard working people. I wouldn't want to use goverement money, nor tax payers money, only if it gets worse, but I would like to see it all work out smoothly, and not rough.
