  1. My good friend Minisori He hasn't been on in foever
  2. thanks i'll probably be spending a lot of time there from now on...
  3. well believe my i've tried a lot of the methods...Ancient in PC, Alch, Stun, Curse, Teleport, even fire bolts...the point is all are expensive and all take a lot of time. I'd recommend Alching yew longs. You can buy most of the materials and only lose 80 gp per alch, which is great for the XP. Again it'll take a lot of alchs. 70k ish? This is only my opinion but its up to you! Good Luck!!
  4. Thanks so much. That means I'll need to spend a lot of time crafting...155k / 1260 = 123 Hours A lot of work ahead of me :-)
  5. I would not use ancients, and you don't need prayer pots. Just anti fire pots. Stand far enough back to where they can't melee you and they just use there magic flame breath, which with your anti fire pot and anti fire shield let you take 0 damge.
  6. I've spent lots of time fighting them and its very easy. You'll need a dragon fire shield of course. Mage robes, and anti fire pots. I drank a dose every 5 minutes. I would suggest fire bolt with the family crest gloves that increase damage done by bolt spells. Using fire bolt I would bring 8 anti fire pots. and enough runes for 2500 casts. I wear ring of wealth cause you never know, but a ring of life is just as good. Hope this helps!
  7. I'm currently raising rc to 44 for the sole purpose of crafting enough natures to acheive 99 magic. I realize this is a lofty goal. Im wondering how many natures an hour someone with all the bags you can obtain at level 50 rc you can craft. An estimate is just as good.
  8. Looking at your bank makes me think what could've been if I had the intelligence ot save my rares...I had a full phat set but sold in RSC 10k each :-\ Now im saving up for a yellow and I realize how much respect I have for people who actually have the phats now. There an achievement of there own. Btw your account is amazing. Congrats
  9. I may not have the character to prove it, seeing as I never obtained a high combat level due to my constant quitting, but I've played since right after they installed the banking system. They put fatigue in, some sort of skill, to stop the auto'ers, yes there were auto'ers back then too. You could only do a skill so long till your character became fatigued and you had ot find a bed. They realesed Sleeping bags to make this simpler. Its been awhile and the combat training system was different because I believe it was more similar to how slayer is now. You got a certain amount of xp. per monster instead of how much HP they have. When I joined rune battle axes were 1.5m and rune 2hs were 2m...that was a goal to work towards. Runes were insane, enough said. Party hats were 10k for awhile...I even bought a yellow one which in my infinity genius sold for 10k and bought a rune med. Yes RSC was amazing though. Everything took forever and you felt that it was an acheivement to obtain a rune item or make even 50k. Certs...holy...I hate certs and I never want to talk about them again. I'll always remember "killurdad" pk'd me 3x and I lost full addy everytime. THe dragon from the dragon slayer was a monster back then. I was lvl 50 and scared for all my glorious items. The market at varrock was actually in the market THe rune sales eventually moved to the courtyard in front of Varrock Castle. Everyone griped when they couldn't sell sycths. Masks were ridiculous too, just like recent updates everyone hated them. "Masks How ugly...i don't want one" Now there millions upon millions of GP. Now im unsure of but I do believe before I joined there were no requirements for any weapons and they installed them later. Any character weilding a weapon beyond his capablities had there levels raised to those requirements. Overall it was much much much harder to gain xp. Those who gained a 99 skill deserved far more than a silly cape. They deserved to be enshrined as runescape greats. Bluerose13x man...I remember wishing I could smith like that. I do remember you couldn't even tell a persons combat level. Me and my friends would run around in Bronze and pretend to be lvl 5s... And you could pick what you wanted to be at the beginning of the game a warrior, ranger, mage, etc. and you would be given a leg up in those certain skills. RSC great game..As you can see I've rambled but It was a good bit of my life when i was younger. :)
