My response is that yes, it would be bad, because you shouldn't use force that could potentially kill someone if that person has no legal reason to die. tl;dr it's easy to sit in a computer chair and say that you should brutally beat rioters but unfortunately it's both illegal and immoral How does lead bullets used in a right way equal deadly kill? You took what i said out of context. I meant, if the lead pellets kills anyone then it is their own fault. Of course as a police officer if you see a little kid stealing you won't shoot any pellets at him. It's common sense. What's right and what's wrong. A smart person would use a air gun with a scope with lead pellets well to stop riots. Shoot at their legs and arms when they try to smash windows of the shops/stores. Tell me who is it fault if a man in age of 20 dies because a lead pellet hits him? Is it the policeman or the riot member who is not behaving? It's true that trying to shoot riot into submission will only make riot more angry. But they have a mentality that they are "pretty much safe" (democracy and police being careful), and their riots affects innocent people. If people who are causing the stupid riot dies and is killed by police who uses lead pellets i will not say "That's bad, someone died". I'll say "What did the person dieing expect?". Perhaps if some scumbags dies, maybe reality will sink into their empty brains? Maybe it's not right to compare a riot party to a child, but i think that if you let people riot and not take brutal actions the riots will likely to occour again sooner or later. Example, use of speakers to CLEARLY give the message "Stop rioting or you will be hurt or in worst case die". Warn them, and if they still resist then you know that it was noones fault.

Not exactly. If the fools rioting are told CLEARLY by the police "We're gonna bring out guns that hurt" (non deadly guns), and the fools still do not stop then it's their own fault. And how is morons rioting and looting shops and hurting innocent people any better than what i suggest? Like i have said, it's important to do this well. Another note i should add is to tell not only those rioting but also those who are just nearby to go home or leave riot area. And i am serious. Why not? Looking at a video where a Malaysian student gets robbed by some idiots pisses me off. This may not be right thing to do, but if i was in charge of the actions that the Police were to take i would do this. 1. Advertise everywhere that Police will use Firearms (non deadly) and shoot anyone who tries to attack. Advertise this for 3 days in Media + Turn on Speakers where the Riot is going on with this message. 2. SHOOT any scum doing anything against law. The way these people behave is so darn repulsive. If the riot knows that Police will use guns, i bet they will be scared. It may be brutal, but a if those morons KNOW they will be shot, then no harm. This plan must be executed well. The important part is to give the message out to everyone rioting. P.S A small riot similar to this happened in Norway too.

Rant; In Runescape there is no message/letter system. You can not send a letter/message to a friend. If you go to "Account management" there is a option "Read messages from Jagex!". Clicking on that will show your "Inbox", a tool for Jagex to advertise crap to you. I went to my "Inbox" because i had 4 new messages...guess what? All four were from Jagex about crap community events. Isn't the main site enough? And there is a section in Inbox that says "Sent Messages". Funny huh, you can't send messages. You can only receive them, and most of time it's Jagex informing you about membership or their advertisement junk messages.

My keyboard got a key that's messed up. It's a key that mutes/unmutes. Problem is that this key is broken (don't ask how), so it randomly mutes/unmutes at time. How can i disable this key? Three people close to me were at Utoya. A friend of mine and his two sisters. My OWN two sisters who likes to go to Utoya was luckily in Iran to visit relatives. If they weren't there then i don't know what would have happened. Simply because your indirectly forced to activities that has nothing to do with your favourite skills/activity to access a item, cave or advantage. And when your forced to do many unecessary things it tends to pile up and become a big list of chores. It becomes to grindy - no fun. I wonder how my view would be if i had to level only melee skills to access content tied to it. #-o Jagex's community events aren't any exciting at all also. I think i would have liked to join a event if it wasn't a ordinary event. Any player can host a regular event, but Jagex thinks that a ordinary event HOSTED BY them will be exiciting.
