Ah cmon guys I have nothing against working in games, that in fact is the ONLY way that MMORPG can last! As I'd guess most of you have mains as I do and know that it takes a long time to get to lvl 100 combat. I don't compain on thousands of repetative alches to get my 85 mage and its very repetative, its just like in wow I prefer when you can either train combat or train non combat skills, and where you don't need 300 jewelcrafting to get my warlock spell. I like runescape and I am very aware of what I pay for and how the game works, its just a mere suggestion of how it could be more fun to seperate cmbt and non cmbt. So much negative replies.. :ohnoes:

Well I am about to do dt and i need ice gloves, I am not going to do heroes, just wondering what is the minimum I need to do for gloves, do i need to start the quest or can I just go and kill the quest w/o the quest? Thanks

K I'm 39 cm, 1 defense, 11 prey, 40 ranged, and 59 mage. I have all the prerequisites done and maybe some one knows an up to date guide on doing dt on my mage pure. I dont have a problem with getting a higher lvl to help me. Thanks

you are all missing the point, it is a GAME its not a NECCESITY like driving and fun should be 100% of the game or at least as much as the creators can make it, not purposly filled with 90% of time repetitive actions. That I think is the primary reason why we have such a big macroer problem, if you look at wow for example even grinding is made fun, thats why there are almost no auters. And if you are about to say go play wow, think again as it proves your level of intelegence to be ....

Because I'm not going to quit the game over it, its not a tragedy lol just an inconvenience and it doesn't answer my question, why..

My point is jagex already got my 5$ a month they dont have to force me to enjoy parts I don't want to :P nothing against firemaking

Well I recently started a pure and I'm trying to get him to ancients but the skills I just ignored such as fire making, thieving on my main as I had them are actually required for dt and probably lvl 10-20 in 5 other skills just to satisfy the required completed quests. People who want to enjoy the fun of spending 3 hours of clicking on logs can do that but I for once would like to stay on what I want to train and not have to satisfy some pointless quest requirements.

So here are my pure mage stats Ill take care of all of the requarements for the quest but what stats do i need to be able to beat the bosses to finish the maze? A bit more hp and magic?
