Goes back to my posts: leniency. If lgz acted the way df did, we would of simply spammed 'DQed' when you came 45 minutes late. But we didn't, in fact, we warred, and were lenient for you to bend the minor time rule, even though it cost us 6 men. Yet when we warred you , you didn't offer that sort of leniency. And when we asked for a rematch, you didn't offer that sort of leniency. Indeed it is our fault for being lenient and considerate for your lateness, it is a tad shame you didn't offer the same. Nonetheless its evident which clan came to war and which one came for the points.

Hmm, if you took some time to read the first post instead of talking blindly you might just of avoided your situation.. We had 70 men at the scheduled time, your elite time skills led to some of our guys losing patience, so after 45 minutes we dropped to 64. Oi? You disagreed with 'minor' rules earlier, and now you agree. I find it funny that you label your 45 minutes late issue a minor problem. But when we make an issue you make it a big problem.

If the way you are thinking is put into play, then this war is null since both clans exchanged flames? You were also 45 minutes late, this happened before the flames, so shouldn't you be 'DQed'? But of course, that happens in full outs, your always gonna have a few bad apples or a bad time, does that mean the whole war is off. No, there is leniency towards such things unless they go out of hand or are done intentionally by the entire clan. This leniency was what we had done when we saw you were still in a war with HP. So technically from your perspective you are already 'DQed' even before the war since you came 45 minutes late from the scheduled time. Yet again, I hit at my main point, we are a warring clan, note the word war. And not 'that rule is broken, war is off!'. There still remains 1 question unanswered, even after both sides broke rules, LGZ still requested a rematch, not afraid of a few mishaps, we still wanted a real war... Its too bad our requests were unanswered. So why didn't you rematch right there on the spot instead of having a forum post contest? Assuming that the same was going to happen in a rematch is certainly NOT a good response, because we can simply just assume many things too.

You seem to miss the point. TWR is about wars, minor rules such as first to attack, flames, etc. are fully acceptable in close matched opt wars (or in the flaming case, if the entire clan is doing it). But this is a full out, 64-48 man war. So would you say, if a df recruit flamed lgz right before the war, would that make the ENTIRE war over and lgz wins? It comes back to what i just said 2 lines ago. TWR is about WARS. Minor rules broken doesn't nullify the entire war because it takes TIME and EFFORT to schedule full outs. And the whole point of the war is to essentially see which clan supersedes the other at that time. And if it need be done, a rematch should be done. In this case, you clearly left the war and refused to rematch with the MINOR rules re-enforced. Does that really make you the clan that supersedes the other? Or one that is looking for an excuse to win on the charts.

So, we have to say 'Don't be 45 minutes late' next time when declaring a war? Hmm, also throw in, 'Don't forget common sense to the war'. Its clear, even after the first match, they refused to rematch. I don't know about any other clans here, but TWR has been about warring clans, and whether your gonna teeter about 1 minute late or 1 bind thrown, lets get real here, WOULD that REALLY affect the match SO MUCH to give you the edge of winning the war? Obviously df leaving and refusing to rm, means they didn't really come to war but came to evade the war and get an excuse to win. Lgz stayed 45 minutes to war df, df sees a bind and they leave. Kinda defeats the purpose of the word WAR in TWR? I'd understand if this was a close matched opt war, but lets get real here, this is the 2nd time we war, and its the 2nd time you are defeated.

All LGZ please refrain from posting. If theres anything you need to say, pm jc about it. Look at it however you want, but a 70 man pull to a 50 man pull. Its pretty clear who will win be it df/lgz attacks first. NOT because df lacks in warring power, but simply because of the math, you'd need to outlevel by more than 8 cb lvls to take the win tbh. Respect to df for massing half their ml. :thumbup:

I see what wg is coming at, 'no rsc posting' seems to be generalized by some clans that it means 'no rsc/anything similar posting'. Though I partly agree with wg, you still have to remember, nowadays clans war just to have the honor of posting about it the next day.

How was this a raw war when it was done in cwa? Congrats on your win though, fab. ending results.

Rumors of a 'new' and improved lk got us wondering, and then it came. Lk reDeclares on us for an rm, after their long awaited vengeance of their loss in their first war against us. Though i was unable to attend, from our members' views this war seemed to be one of the best and funnest wars we've had in a long time, in terms of both sides' strengths. No we do full outs. We just find it more challenging to have an even playing field with an opponent. Also you need to remember TKO Blitz goes up against clans with 2 sometimes even 3 times their memberlist, so you should take that into consideration. But you usually out level the clan? 2/3 people against 1 person doesn't mean the 2/3 people have any advantage if they are much lower lvled.

Thank you for your patience and final decision Laikrob and all other TWR moderators. I assume this war may have done some damage to the clan relation between lgz and por. And am up for scheduling an event between the 2 clans to make up for any misunderstandings, any fun event from a fun war to just a simple gathering. Contact me via pm if you are interested.

Is it just me, or is Nox344 a member of clan 2Mighty4You speaking on behalf of por and had attended the war? I thought this was a no ally/friend war? As for us leaving? The screens clearly show that we did not just leave immediately we spammed tons of times for an rm which you completely ignored. Wow hold on. You have some reading to do. Head over to the 'Por Declares on Lgz' topic, it clearly says best out of 3? Also there is a screen on page one from a PoR member getting pmed by another por member telling him there is still round 2. Your warlords know about round 2 but failed to tell you i suppose. How about you set up a war with por and see how disorganized and frustrating it gets when they come an hour late and still don't know the rules of the set war. Our past wars have never been like this, and its a tad shame that you judge a clan simply because of this.

As y_guy_4_life said, blasts can be disabled in the challenge gui that comes up when you challenge someone that has challenged you. PoR failed to do this to enforce their rule. A sincere apology from one of our members that flamed...

Well, this certainly wasn't one our memorable wars. Por, suddenly, declares war on Lgz here. Everyone was pretty much awestruck that a clan with 44 members declares on 120+. But anyways, we accepted, not even making any adjustments to the rules or time, which would make you think that por is ready for that date and time. The rules: So we set out for today, at 2pm est. 2:05pm est, still no sign of por. So, i pop into their irc and turns out they canceled the war? rofl? Since when do you cancel a war with another clan with no consent from the other clan? And even if you do cancel the war, you must give a 48 hr notice atleast to the opposing clan, so their schedule doesn't get messed. Por failed to do this. Even with that, it appears PoR's declaration wasn't even known to some of PoR's reps.. Lajos, a warlord in PoR acting like he doesn't know? Since we massed a good number of our guys, we weren't gonna go without an actual war. An auto win isn't what we are looking for. So, Por finally agrees to war 1 hour later from the set time, which means at 3pm est. Now, fast forward to 3pm est.. Remember, PoR (44 members) declares on LGZ (120+ members) so we were expecting a nice pull by them.. It didn't turn out as we expected. First off, the lead that por sent for the war had no clue what the war rules were. On the first challenge, I disabled blasts, he enabled then declined asking why are we warring in turrets? (scroll up it says turrets). After telling him that declaration was turrets, he agreed and warred, sadly though he failed to disable blasts. So blasts were enabled in the war. Round 1/3 Lgz starting: 49 Por starting: 16 Lgz ending: 48 Por ending: 0 Round 2/3 PoR refuses to war for round 2 because of their massacre in round 1. So they decided to think up of excuses not to war... Among those: 1. First excuse, they want matched opts war? The war declaration up top clearly says 'F2P fullout'. 2. They said we used blasts? Now, i'd like proof of this but, either way their war lord allowed blasts to be enabled. And we still said we will rm with no blasts enabled. Then they go back to the first excuse, going in circles... 3. Here, some por members lose patience and flame. Its obvious who the clear winner here is, blasts or no blasts, full out or no full out. We could of done a matched opts with them and still creamed them since we pretty much out leveled them also. But didn't, simply because it would go out of the tip.it rules posted by por in the first place. This isn't the first time por goes into a sketchy war, it seems, looking back at their war with nightfall. Gf anyways, not much of a fight tho, seems like you prefer spam wars over actual wars.
