It must be. The way it works here, you just ask the girl you want to go with and it's done. If I didn't have my SO I could've just went out and asked any random girl really. yeah i wish it was that way. i mean i guess you always could just ask someone normally, but then you look like you aren't trying because of all the cool [cabbage] other people do. whatever.

asking people to homecoming is big here. there's this huge crane at our school right now cuz of construction and this one guy got the construction guys to put a sign all the way up there asking this girl to homecoming.

she's gonna do some elaborate thing with filling the guy's car with balloons and recording a message on a build-a-bear and stuff. and she's probably doing that tonight or tomorrow so i don't wanna make her have to choose and/or waste money on that stuff.
