Not really worth adding to the IRL vs [any hobby] argument, I think most people know their limits and the like. Really, it is. The quest line is a massive pain in the ass, but the end product is amazing. Maw (115dg) do to comp reqs, new agility course kicks ass if youre a pleb without silverhawk boots/cash to blow. Mining is AFK (~140k/h), Thieving fairly afk (3-400k if you follow Lego's rates, not enough of it done to know for sure). Do the quests. srs. Unrelated:-

Boosting is against the "spirit of the game". THIS. SO much this. Boosters migrated onto a 'secret' (lol) world to avoid any problems, but if you were to play on the official world(s) [not sure if more than one still] and were able to spot/recognise stackers it made it extremely easy to effectively boost anyway. The real problem with all of this - boosting primarily - is that it is a player reaction to the ridiculous nature of the requirement. YES, ok, I get it, trim is for those willing to go all out and dedicate much of their time to rs, blah all that, but still, at some point, you need to step back and say WHY are they doing this. Treating the underlying issue would be helpful to the situation (I mean, CWars would still be all but dead but we have eliminated a player rule breaking issue have we not)

Got lucky and looted 75/75 Mining supps just hopping into worlds which helped. #absolutelynowbsever (really the first set I've done since coming back, so sad). Semi-related:- Starting working on 120 Cooking (again). Got about 4 hours to get the cape, but not really going to have much play time until late tomorrow so hopefully that'll be done quick then onto finishing Slay (another 2 days maybe). After that, not sure.

Yes yes CWars was the model of a completionist account, well known blah blah - this doesn't take away from the fact that the original requirement for the (cwars) cape, and the requirement for the trim comp are both ridiculous.
