this is my first photoshop tut w00t w00t 1. open up a new canvas 300 x 150 2. go to filter->render->clouds 3. go to filter-> render->difference clouds 3. press ctrl + u make sure colorize is on and make it hue 182 satration 25 lightness 0 click ok 4. Filter render lensflare put on 5 like so dont worry about the black in my pic it wont be like that in yours !!! 5. filter->sketch->chrome detail 4 smoothness 10 6. ctrl + u hue 187 satration 25 lightness 0 7 slap on some text any you are done this is what i got
