  1. First of all, my sister got it back there, not me. Second, it's my property and he has no legal right to keep it. [bleep] off, I'm getting it back, and him back along the way. An interesting idea I got from the wording there. Hmmm.....
  2. For retrieveing a ball that's rightfully hers? And that is being held hostage? Dizzle is a girl? It's sort of a running joke. One that he will most likely use on me forever.
  3. And why is that? For making the best out of a bad situation? Honestly I read your posts and know that you're either joking or stupid, most likely the first or both.
  4. No way, thats no fun at all. I want him wide awake, so I can take it right out from under his nose. :wall: You are just making this hard for yourself. Its not really about the ball is it? At first it was, but why not have some fun with it in the process?
  5. No way, thats no fun at all. I want him wide awake, so I can take it right out from under his nose.
  6. Just running over and taking it is no fun, and it doesn't get back at him. If I'm going to get everything done, it's going to take at least a minute. I want to have myself and two people crawl into his yard, while one person watches from the window and tells us on a walkie-talkie where to go. Then we'll do whatever we do to get back at him. Organizing this will take until tomorrow night. In this area it doesn't matter the reason, if we go there and he calls the police, it's trespassing.
  7. Alright sweet, I'll get a couple of guys and some flashlights. Although that is the best solution, I still would like to hear everyones ideas. And what about revenge? Believe me, he's old but he's a freaking owl. He sees and knows everything. Kinda creepy.
  8. Getting someone to his front door is as much of a problem as the back. Except in the back theres only one way out. Stay off mah propertay!
  9. Original Post [hide=]Well, we've all had this story happen to us. Someone knocks a ball into the next door neighbors yard, and contemplate ways to get it back. But this situation is slightly different. So basically, ball is in neighbors yard. Trouble is, he's a grouchy old bastard. We've asked repeatedly, and he will not give the ball back. So the simple answer is to go over there and take it. But how? Problems: -He's retired, so he's always home. It will be hard do know if he'll see us back there, but he seems to spend most of his time looking outside. -He hasn't moved the ball yet, but if he takes it inside it becomes a whole other problem. I want to get it back before he gets around to it. -The worst part. This guy WILL call the police if he sees us, and here they will be able to fine me for trespassing. Getting caught is not an option. So now unto the main point of the thread, how to get it back? Here is a pic. Yellow - The ball. Green - A gate. It has no lock, so getting in won't be an issue. Blue Area - My yard. It is a safe zone, we can do whatever there. Red Area - His yard......duh. Striped Area - His yard hidden by the fence. It's not a great pic, but it's the best I could get. I think he'd be more than a little creeped out if he saw it :? Anyway, as you can see, it's pretty far in there so it will be at least a 25 second run from the gate and back. Plenty of time for him to hear us, or more likely see us. Point - How and when to get it? I want your answers. And one last thing. Because he refused to give the ball back in the first place, I'm in the mood for a little punishment. What should I do for that? (P.S. - Note that I'll do whatever I have to to get the ball, but as for revenge I don't want to do anything overboard. I'm not going to burn his house down over this.)[/hide] But now that I know what to do, I have a new idea for this thread. Come up with your own solutions to the problem! I want to see what OT can unleash!
  10. I thought the same thing, except I thought they put it in a giant cardboard box and put it in the same spot your old house was
  11. You just made me think of a walnut sitting on top of a Bible. Anyway: -Daylight saving time. -Hotdogs. Who would want to eat a dog? -Cable cars. How can that little thread support that whole big car?
  12. Guard being blocked by Town Crier and Guard going after the other dude?? Yep. The one after me is blocked by the crier, and the other guy is stuck on the corner

Actually it's a smaller anvil, so I'd say about 100-120 pounds. Still pretty heavy. I can move it too, but only slightly, and thats if I put everything I have into it.
  14. Spot the AI Fail/Thieving Win. There's 2 in the pic. [hide=][/hide]

Guy 1 - Fun, but doesn't listen well. Guy 2 - Fun to be around, listens well, intelligent. Guy 3 - A fat stubborn bastard who doesn't listen and is spoiled as [cabbage]. Cannot take a joke or any form of criticism. Why am I friends with him? Guy 4 - A freaking tank. People make fun of him for being fat, but it's all muscle. I've seen him lift an oil drum full of cement with an anvil on top. Guy 5- A redneck, in a good way. Really fun and a great sense of humor.
  16. Will be an interesting story twist if it ends up in Washington.
  17. Eh, I like photobucket better anyway.
  18. It will take some getting used to, but all in all I like it.
  19. Exactly Then why did you reply? Because a console is a console no proper or not, and if you want to think one is proper then whatever Nintendo makes is proper, since they basically invented consoles Nobody cares about Nintendo's history, they failed to make a good console for THIS generation.
  20. That could be seriously taken out of context...
  21. They weren't really allied with Germany, they just had a non-aggression pact. Anyway, here's what I personally think of the WWII work distribution. British I think did about the same amount as US in Europe, but not much else besides defending London until D-Day. I guess there was the liberation of Norway, so it's a little eh on who did more. The British definitely did the most in Africa, the US only had a small landing there, and our landing mostly failed until a small comeback at the end, but by that time the Brits had pretty much won. China took the worst beating from Japan, but was pretty well able to hold them off. By the end of the war though, it looked like they were going to lose eventually, and I think the US can be credited with doing the most in the Pacific Theatre. All in all I have to say the USSR did the most. They had the highest losses, but due to Germany not being able to supply it's troops for the winter, they were able to repel the invasion before it got to Moscow and eventually captured Berlin. Yay USSR. Now the question is, how the hell did we get to this? I think it started with someone saying that Australia hasn't been in a game or something, what? NOW ON TO THE TOPIC
  22. This is going to be interesting. Either you'll be yelled at, or this will turn out to be a fun thread. Let's hope it's the latter.
  23. HEY EVERYONE! COOLGUY SUPPORTS SLAVERY!!!!!!!
  24. When did I say that? That's because they're not a country, we have no way to fight against guerilla warfate. Against any country on earth NATO wins. We're an untoppable alliance when it comes to conventional warfare. Do you have any more of you anti-american stupidity to spew out? kthnx. Ray, why would you ask to stop the spam? Wouldn't be the internetz if we did that, but alright. So we've established that Soap now has a face and a voice, what about other characters? Will Price be returning? Or Kamarov?
  25. And yet we helped with the assault on Germany and took out Japan almost single-handedly. The Chinese wore them down to a stalemate on the Asian mainland.
