Hey so.... TPE is common buffer used for DNA electrophoresis. The buffer contains 89.0 mM Tris, 23.0 mM Phosphate, 2mM, EDTa as final conc. The final pH is 8.3. The 10x stock soln, is normally prepared. The Tris powder (mol wt 121.14), Phosphoric acid H3PO4 (liquid 91.3% pure, denisty 1.61g/ml, mol wt 98) and a 0.5M EDTA stock soln. You need to make up 1L of TPE, how would you do this [bleep] ? (the [bleep] wasn't there), PM me the solution please, I'll pay you money.
