  1. There's no reason why not to pursue such a venture. It's something a clan community in its entirety would benefit from and can only lead to common structures and concepts. That may come in the form of competitive and universally recognised rankings, tournaments, an amalgamated blacklist, among many other things. I believe the tip.it clan community would benefit enormously from this. :P
  2. Please read and reply to the following RS forum thread and pass it on to anyone and everyone you know in the clan community: 24-25-921-54781451 It's very unlikely that something like this would be implemented, but I like to think that it's practical and would lead to many more Runescapians being content as opposed to quitting / canceling their subscriptions. Let's not be defeatists; it's worth a try and would surely represent a better alternative to the system as it stands if by some minor miracle Jagex chose to take heed of it. Perhaps the likelihood them yielding could be increased by high demand/support. For the lazy, here's a direct quote from my suggestion topic:

We heard that they were hunting us today, so we embraced them. The run-in only lasted ten minutes. Unfortunately for CA, we just about broke our best turnout record and obliterated them. The Rising starting: The Rising starting: 159 options Auris starting: 90ish The Rising Ending: 150 options Auris Ending: 0 Some Pictures of the brief encounter: TR vs WP and WG We also defeated Wolfpack twice today, as well as WG, but they were vastly outnumbered and both clans ran on sight. It was an enjoyable trip given that we set a new turnout for ourselves and got to prove a point to CA, who have been quite vocal, but it was also slightly disappointing in the sense that we failed to find a competitive run-in tonight.
  4. TR wins all three run-ins. Memberlists of all clans involved TR: http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=cluggins DA: http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=soultaker_pk DE: http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=rsde SA: http://www.runehead.com/clans/ml.php?clan=solar Run-in 1 After going out out early, we soon found 80-ish options of Dark Ascension at GD's and a run-in ensued where after being dragged, the boundaries somehow became spiders to GD's. rolleyes.gif In what was a fun and competitive battle for 20 minutes and DA tanked well. Nevertheless, TR started taking control the fight with superior bind piling, pile transitions and sniping going into the second half with continuous KO's to show for it. The fight lasted for approximately 45 minutes and was arguably the most difficult due to DA's highly impressive levels and tanking skills. :ohnoes: TR start: 78 options DA start: 80-ish options TR end: 105 options DA end: 9? options walking out Run-in 2 After banking in order to replenish food and hybrid supplies, we set out 15 minutes later and encountered 100+ options of Solar Angels soon after. A run-in commenced and for the most part, the battle stayed within tree to tree, but was all over within 20 minutes after a KO fest from start to finish. TR start: 93 options SA start: 100-ish options TR end: 99 options SA end: 0 Run-in 3 After banking and going back out again, DE approached us for a run-in. it was to be a capped one for just 1 hour given that it was getting late for us. Despite losing some people due to timezones within a mere half an hour, we maintained our composure and pulled off the victory. With excellent sniping from both sides, binders were minimal going into the latter stages, thus slowing down the kills and resulting in some guided tours from tree to another for both clan's piles. Our bind piling picked up towards the end and I believe that was what clinched it for us. GF DE, it was close and tightly contested. It would be brilliant if we could perhaps do it again sometime. TR start: 90 DE start: 90 TR end: 78 options DE end: 60 GF to all three clans. Thank you for such fun fights tonight.
