Well, its not pure psp.. Theres actually a cinema4d render in it, but a rather simple one, as Im not that good with it yet.. Its mainly brushed in psp.. Those criss-cross lines are just simple lines, made in that way, with some erasing and a tiny bit of brushing..

Well, Swifty requested a signature, and I made one for him.. It inspired by Greatsilverwyrm's Clash of the Titans.. I havent seen that sig in a while, but the title, if I remembered it correctly, inspired me to the idea behind this sig..
