For people who can't afford a Godsword or Saradomin Sword, I recommend a Dragon Scimitar, ONLY IF YOU HAVE DONE MONKEY MADNESS. And it's pretty fast I guess. At least for me.

I think it may have been updated as well. Only time will tell.

Personally I use the Troll Stronghold near the Trollheim teleport, (you can use the teleport if you have completed "Edgar's Rouse" quest.) I find them pretty fast, but, that's just me.

One Attack level to 99 Combat, then, depending on the Cmb skill levels needed to 100, I'll either use Summoning for 100 Combat or just continue Slayer.
