So, my dad's computer makes this awkward noise when it scrolls down a page. I don't know why. But it sounds like the fan is hitting something, or else something in the computer box is vibrating, and it's kind of worrying.

Speaking of shaking, apparently there was an earthquake somewhere in Nebraska recently. A friend in Lincoln just felt an aftershock. I didn't know this.

A friend just posted this on facebook on a girl's wall. He said it earlier today too. They're duo partners, so I'm extremely confused.

Also, Pandora once popped up a concert version of "Hey There Delilah." It was a capella, with just the fans singing. It was the worst possible thing. A terrible song with terrible singing and terrible quality.

I went to a Blue Man Group concert in seventh grade. That qualifies me to say anything about music. Listening to a concert version of a song when you're not at a concert is [bleep]ing retarded. Terrible quality, and ridiculous fans screaming all the time.

You liked heart of darkness? Well, to each his own, I guess.

The other thing I checked out last time I was at the library was Nation by Terry Pratchet. Pratchet's a really good writer; if you've never heard of him, he's a humorous writer, so his stuff is fun to read. Nation's quite a bit more serious, but that just made me like it a lot more. It's probably my favorite book.

I recently read Divergent on a friends recommendation, and enjoyed that. It's a sci-fi/distopian novel, if you like that kind of stuff.

Yeah, through the years, History and Social Studies have kind of merged in my mind. I don't separate the two anymore.

Calc is really disappointing thus far. I wrote through class today, didn't pay attention. I know how to do the homework just fine.

The progression at my school is: Algebra 1 Geometry Algebra 2 Advanced math(Trig) or Discrete math AP Calc If you take Algebra 1 in middle school, you could potentially take Algebra 2 as a freshman, but most people take geometry first. The honors algebra 2 class I was in was full of sophomores, with just a couple juniors in it (I wasn't one of them), but the regular level is mostly juniors.

So, I referenced this picture: in my speech today. I didn't have my VAs, so I didn't actually have the picture. There were 2 other people in the room. The student understood what picture I was referencing. The coach didn't, but was like, "Usually I understand memes." I don't know how I feel about this.
