  2. Nah, I haven't had any Mountain Dew for about a week, since we ran out. I had some Dr. Pepper, but that was about 4, so yeah. I'm sober. But, pie, if you'd like me to go get some beer, just for the two of us, I'd be happy to.
  3. You know who else wants your dick pie? Me. Please. At least post some pics. Pleaseeeee. Edit: K, I think he's gone.
  4. Well, that's why you would go to school. To learn about it. And it probably doesn't help if you're going to be ignorant about it in the first place. Just saying. I mean my ignorance of the genre as a whole. I haven't played a single Halo game, the most recent game I've played was Brawl, or maybe Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. (Discounting minecraft). I don't play a lot of video games, and what I do play is old as [bleep]. It's not that I can't play newer games, and thus learn more about modern gaming. It's that I don't want to.
  5. Yeah, I'm not actually going to go into video game design, mostly for the reasons I listed. Particularly the lack of genre knowledge. However, I still haven't let go of programming. I dunno, just kind of what I want to do, I'm pretty sure.
  6. The problem I see with working for a company like Bungee or Valve is that, as a programmer, you're not going to be creating any story line or game play, at least not right away. You're going to just be told, "Here's what you're going to make, get to it." Which would be disappointing to me.
  7. I actually feel like, if I were going to be a game developer, working for a company like Jagex as a quest designer would be really cool. I wanted to do that for the longest time. I just don't feel like I know enough about modern video games to be competitive. :/
  8. So, Skyward Sword comes out this month. I think Friday-ish, but I'm not sure. It may be later. I really want it. But the 4th book in the Inheritance trilogy came out yesterday too. I want that as well. I can't afford both. I don't know what to get.
  9. He will if he knows what's good for him.
  10. I see you Google. You've been comin' round here lot more lately.
  11. Oh look it's that guy.
  12. That's how I am with like every video game ever. I started Lufia II when I was about 8 years old. I still haven't beaten it. I keep losing the save file, then going back to play again, getting just a little farther, then stopping playing for a while.
  13. Trying to stay focused. Not working. This homework. Argh.
  14. Oh god. This. There was one time I was playing Sacred Stones, and I was on the desert mission. Basically, the mission consists of about 12 of your units, and about 100 enemy units, with 2 bosses. I always play to try to keep all my units alive, because the units are unique and have different endings and stuff. You get three new units in this particular mission, and they're all relatively weak, and in the middle of the enemy army. This particular run, I had been doing extremely well. I had fought through most of the enemy troops, and picked up all the secret items, all I had left to do was to kill the last boss. I had to hit him twice to do it, so I got everything set up to do so. Attacked once, and ended my turn. The enemies go, and a low level grunt goes up against my main character. He has a 0 percent chance of hitting (I remember this specifically, he was one of the troops with a low hit percent, but a high damage.), so I wasn't worried at all. He has a 1 percent chance of critical-ing(It might have been a little higher, I'm not sure. But not much. Still below 10.) He hit that one percent, and killed my main character. When your main character dies, you automatically lose the mission. Cue rage quit->throw SP at the wall. Oh my god, I was so pissed. God damnit.
  15. >implying Halo could kill me if he tried.
  16. He's planning on it.
  17. I don't have anything else to say.
  18. You know who else would... Eh, whatever.
