Ukulele, but nice. He had a fatty lump that had to be removed so it didn't get bigger and stop him from running. There was two under his front legs, in the armpit area, and one on his stomach.

You can't see it, but he's got a cut on his stomach where they gave him surgery about a week ago. It's pretty nice. Apparently, they had to postpone the Jeff Dunham show because of the tornado. Very nice. :thumbup:

8:30 then. Ok, cool. Got 20 minutes or so. It's nice. My parents went to a movie, so I'm home alone with my dog. If we actually get heavy damage - that'll be fun.

I found the crank radio. I feel a lot safer now. Now to find out when the warning's over and I can get out of the bathroom.

In a tornado warning. Can't find the crank radio. The sirens went off in town, and I could just barely hear them. If the power goes out, I'm [bleep]ed. :/

This experience has taught me something I think. We, the /FG/ers, haven't changed much. Sure, there's more of us, but deep down at the core, we're still about the same thing. Yeah, we go through as many pages a day now as we did in a week back at this thread's inception, but that just means we've gotten better at it. Deep down, /FG/ isn't about being the coolest poster, or the edgiest troll, or having the best posts. In its most basic form, /FG/ is about one thing, and one thing alone. Being the last one to post. And we never lost sight of that - we still post as if the thread will end right after we do. We still spam, because, hey, this game means we can, right? And I think this has brought us closer. I may not always act like I like the newbies, but I now understand - I feel the same about you as I felt about Death and Goon and Halo. And look what the three of them became to me. They were my mentors, my inspiration, maybe even my best friends. So, /FG/, here's to continuing doing what we do best - spamming to hell and back. Oh, and we need more spirit projects, so someone get on that.

I've actually cut back a lot on my posting. I'm spending a lot less time refreshing the page waiting for someone to post. I dunno, just something I've noticed.

I'm just curious who will quit first, Halo or I. We've both tried multiple times, but can never really stay away. I'm pretty sure that if Halo quits /FG/, I'll probably follow soon afterwards. It'll be kind of an end, I guess.

I think he left after Ben did. Ben posted about how he couldn't stick around because /FG/ was effecting RL for him, especially with Dax's girlfriend or something. Dax posted for a few months after that, but he kind of petered out and stopped posting, kind of like Death did.

Hmmm...Dax. I never even really knew him, but I miss him. :(

yea, wheres the mention of all those billions going to the military industrial complex or of the patriot act? I was thinking more of afghan democracy, greatly improved infrastructure and quality of life, but okay. I was mostly posting the hard and known facts of the war, I'd never say there weren't any gains but they are much more subjective. "Afghanistan became a democracy as a result of the US removing Bin Laden from power" is not a subjective statement.
