Fire bolt with gauntlets does 15, Wind wave does 17. Wind Wave is ineffective to dragons, as are any earth and water attacks. Use Fire bolt (with gauntlets) or Fire Blast as already stated, these are the best choices. 100% sure.

You need to use a fire attack, because dragons are weak to that type of magic. Using air, water, or earth sucks. Two recommended choices are: 1 - Get chaos gauntlets (Quest is easy imo) and use fire bolt. 2 - Get 75 magic and use fire blast (they drop bloods so this helps some).

I only know to buy shards from Pickupstix for 25 gp each, the GE, or other players. It is usually pretty hard to buy from other players as why would they buy them and then sell, they would probably use them. Sorry that's all I really know, so in the end I just buy from Pickupstix lol.

IP bans are useless, because all you need to do is turn off your router and turn it back on. That doesn't reset your Internet Protocol Address... Your IP changes periodically though anyway by itself due to your ISP I assume. But you can't change your IP by restarting your router, I know that much.

Hmm I would go to cockroaches because they have some pretty sweet drops. Plus dragonhide vs. their mage attack is pretty good defence. Good Luck.

PS3 could easily handle it if they ported it to it. If Sony released Java for the PS3 I bet it could still handle it, but it would probably work better if Jagex worked with console creators like Sony to port it...

No And yes there are plenty of games that have mechanized stuff in them.
