  1. Freaky, in life you die at the end. Might as well go through it the way enjoy it, even though it may not be very healthy. But why care? If those people prefer spending their time on a game which they enjoy alot and their view in life isn't working their ass off, why would you bother try to make them change their minds and lifestyles? Every single person with the discussion on this subject should simply drop it. People are different so people's views on life are different. I've thought about life like this many many times and I come to the same conclusion every single time. EDIT: Just realised it was a few pages back lol :P didn't check this thread for awhile, sorry for starting about it again.
  2. THIS!! It may only be a very small step. But it's skype! I mean you don't have to see the person. You don't have to talk with him/her standing in front of you. Same with dungeoneering. It might be a small step, but it'll be a big step for Paperbag! :) And play with people you know, they'll know your background and won't go ranting and raving when you do something wrong. But they'll support you and correct your mistake and teach you how you should have done it. A good start could be with the people on this thread, the serious people ofcourse. Just look at all the support you just got! Imagine that support while dunging! :)
  3. Well my brother said people could max within a year. I've no idea where he heard this so I can't back it up with anything but looking at how fast Paperbag and some others maxed it sounds pretty realistic. About the ROW and effigy thing. I went FFA tds with a friend of mine. He got 2 effigies within 5 kills, and I got an effigy on my first kill. That's either very lucky (even for tds) or ROW does actually have an effect on it. Once again, I can't back anything up in this post, so don't ask me for it. They're all just assumptions.
  4. Honestly, if you fall for those scams, you gotta be either pretty stupid or just extremely naieve...
  5. Haha I lol'd but very true. it does however depend on the style of cooking though. I'm not sure if you'd want to watch a movie if you're making wines. And God no! How can there be another skill already? It seems like 75% of Jagex' attention the past year went to dungeoneering. Where did they find the time to work out another skill? Anyway, I really hope they don't come with another skill for about a year imo but that's just me.
  6. Congrats man!
  7. Trust trades aren't reportable. I've asked a very strict pmod in my CC about this and he said there's nothing you can do apart from ignoring it.
  8. http://homeworktips.about.com/od/improvingyourgrammar/qt/toandtoo.htm :) Sorry for the irrelevant post, but that reallllllllly bothers me. Ah well, not everyone who is on the internet has english as his first language..
  9. This thread makes me wonder if I'm to dumb to play RS :(. Or I'm just no into math as much as you guys lol
  10. Waterfiends anyone? Hi, I can undeniably say that if you pro slayers out there do this method with the monsters inside the chaos tunnels until Jagex fixes this bug in about 56,2 minutes you would approximately be 0,00035 nanoseconds closer to 200m Slayer which could save you a lot of potential XP in other skills. True fact. Also, I base this on absolutely nothing. Good fight. Edit: I will make a very detailed pointless guide on how to this method to save you these precious seconds. Oh, and you don't need a friend with flowers to hit Waterfiends around you. Lol :P. That'd make black demons the best option for effigies right?
  11. I am getting irritated to see these posts at nearly every page... discussing how to train a skill efficiently to 200mil xp is what also belongs to this thread... this best thing to do is ignore them at this point Yup agreed, those people who are actaully going for 200m skills might find the calculations intresting and usefull. If you don't like them just scroll passed them like I do, doesn't take alot of effort..
  12. +1 +1 And yes SUOMI, that'd be an epic read! And probably alot of the higher players might be doing summoning not sure though. Paperbag is going to do range, he mentioned that before.. And Drumgun thieving since he hates the skill so much?
  13. I lol'd :P Gold gauntles won't work btw. So I wouldn't recommend doing gold ores. I'm going to be doing herblore myself. After that some fishing and then summoning to finish of the weekend.
  14. If someone would find a way to do the luring constantly, that'd be freakin azaming for effigies!
  15. Rofl @ the vid. Seriously Paperbag, I hope you meant it figurativly and not litteraly :P. Just kidding man ;). Nice post indeed, very inspiring. I hope you'll get along with dungeoneering though. I hated it at first but as it turns out and once you get the hang of it, it's actually a fun skill to do. Atleast that's what happened to me. It's a very interactive skill. With that I mean you don't have to stand around in 1 spot and click on trees or fishing spots, you actually get to walk around, kill stuff and do other various skills withing dungeoneering. You'll have to deal with noobs and ragers which is the down side of the skill though.
  16. Chilly fell asleep and couldn't do an allnighter lol She just cba to do an allnighter for RS.
  17. Congrats =)
  18. Ye wow, if he had waited... A discussion like that can go on for ages might aswell stop it now. What's been done is done, noway to turn it back, unless you want to bot and get reset drum? Just joking.. ;)
  19. No didn't take screenshot, sorry.
  20. I wouldn't say staking is a "good" moneymaker. A good moneymaker is a solid income without risking to lose to much. That's everything staking isn't. With staking there's a to big risk of losing everything instead of making bank.
  21. Hi, I went rev hunting yesterday to see what they drop. So far I had a corrupt dragon dagger dropped by the hobgoblin, corrupt statius warhammer by the rev ork and a corrupt drag chain by the rev pyrefiend.
  22. Suomi, can't you like rc to 100m xp to cover alot of the costs towards slayer? And then you can start using effigies you get from slayer too.
  23. It's funny to see how some people totally worship those players and don't even see it when they do something wrong. Crashing while slaying is noob. No matter how high skilled you are or how many xp you have, it simply is noob. And to all the people saying that someone trolls should gtfo. If someone wants to put his opinion in this thread they shouldn't get flamed or be called a troll at all. That being said, congrats Drumgun on getting 200m range and gl to all the others posting here on their quest to 200m skills.
  24. There's nothing wrong with merching. Manipulation that's the type that's unrespectable. And tbh, and this might seem strange to some of you. But that Kvebalas kid actually made sense.
