What are you on about?? He has already scanned once more with Kaspersky and read a guide on how to remove it manually, and no processes showed up. defrag isnt a scan its kinda like a scan but wat it does is removes all files tht are not need like temporary files and sometimes virusis tht hide deep in a file gets deleted

defrag ur comp then use a advanced scan in some times usin the defrag can delete a file that the scan didnt think was harmful bcuz its hiden deep in a file
