Is it possible something else attacked me ? I went to the area south of where i came in...

Ok something always goes wrong when i venture into something new... Basically i got into the dungeon fine (for the first time) ...and started killing aviansies, - i killed about 10 of them and was feeling fine because prayer seemed to be working fine. So i start reading forums and when i go back to see how i was doing i was on 10hp and something KOed me. Thing was i had range protect on a definatly had prayer points left... I was wearing a sara and a zammy item.... Did the aviansie hit through prayer or did another monster attack me? Just don't want to make the same mistake when i go back there... Thanks

I'd say anyone who got in the first #100 to get 99 in a new skill would be one of the first ones to get it.... 20 is pretty close to be fair.

Yes it is, but they decrease in value rapidly the more you sell I.e the more stock the shop has, the less it will buy your items for (so there's no point in dumping a load of unstrung bows in there)

I easily spend 2 hours a day on a computer... and have done pretty constantly for the last 7 or so years, how many of them have been runescape hours i don't know, but it's probably over 6 monthes easily .

I wouldn't be able to tell you, but with most things i do i do a little 5 minute experiment. I suggest spending 5 minutes tanning hides and see how long it takes you, then divide the amount of hides you did in 5 minutes into how many you actually need for 99 then that should show you how much time you're going to waste. I'm also going for 99 crafting - the air battlestaffs way. I suggest you buy a constant supply of air orbs, with a low offer on battlestaffs on the grand exchange whilst buying max amount of battlestaffs at Zaff's - you will break even, may even profit! -I'm just saying that because 40mil or whatever is very costly for some haha

Round all your levels up to the nearest 0 That should be fun, and rewarding

In my opinion slayer offers a nice variation in monster hunted to assess all your skills, personally it challenges me to train all combat skills. Drops are decent, monsters are well varied and require different attack styles/armour to kill them efficiently. The black mask is a big incentive, so is the new reward system. It's a nice change from skilling, and because it doesn't get boring (like no lifeing at armoured zombies or monkey guards) most people like it

I've seen people use the dungeon on Ape Atol to do the skeletal monkeys. ...And bandits in the desert ..But i'm no expert!

Ok... Most people pickpocket HAM people, or do silk in al kharid - that could also get you profit if you can be bothered to resell in ardougne. Other decent options are seed stalls in Draynor as it near a bank, but not very good profit. I would say do silk to 40, then a mixture of both to your desired level Hope i helped... at last #-o

I thought you could take the hilt off the shards... ...But i'm probably wrong again. And in response to Skilling0wn... I was saying that with something that costs as much money as the book does, i thought you would be able to take it apart and get your money back. The bows and jewerrly are so inferior in price to the book that there would be no point in being able to dissasemble them Tbh all i wanted was an answer - not a flame war so i'm going to stop there

Erm yes but there is a difference between a 500gp bow and a 20mil godsword which you can disasemble...
