yes i beleive there is something like this. Im not entirely sure tho cuz i have terrible luck. allmost 5 years of playing and my best drop was a rune battle axe.....for example.....i know ive killed over 500 fire giants prob alot more and yet ive never gotton a rune skimmy drop from them. how this ties into this topic is that when i killed those 500 fie giants i did both camp there and just go in slay a couple and leave. when i camp there its mostly for slayer. when i just pop in to kill some its mostly cuz im close to a lvl.

my friend got 3 iron dragon tasks in a row and they were all the same amount to kill :

Well b4 the runescape hd update with the new graphics i was hunting chinchompas with a kid i just met at the spot south of the lake. The kid i was hunting with left and when he cam back he was invisible. i couldnt see the words popping above him or him at all but i could see what he typed in the chat box. suddenly box traps randomly started popping up. i was like wow!!!! i asked him if he could see himself and he said yes. So i spent like 5 minutes trying to explain to him what was happening yet he didnt beleive me. I then took some screenshots and hypercamed a little but i didnt notice that after i took the secound screenshot that he was gone. I did not notice that i was only talking to myself untill i noticed that he hadnt talked in a bit and that his box traps wernt there. i will try and find these screenshots and the clip.

I think your right and what i think the solution is the new High Detail. The new graphics will bring alot more new low level people into the game,but at the same time it will keep more high level people from quiting because the graphics are so good and the game is so much fun. So we will just have to wait and see wich side will become more populated, the low level players or the high level players :|

LOL my friend got 99 range from chinning for a week, and guess when he got 99.......a day b4 the new graphics lol! lucky him :shock: But yah im disapointed that chinning at ape atol is no longer affective, but ive also heard of places that are just as good as it.

what im thinking is that they will change the look of the site, logo, and just about everything is going to get a makeover. :shock:
