Do evil stews not raise the "base" prayer level.... I am not sure what color of spice though. Yellow Spice::: Use on a stew to make it spicy. After doing the subquest you can make spicy stew for yourself to get a random skill boost. Jagex states that yellow spice may affect Agility, Prayer, Slayer or Thieving. Keep in mind, that you may have to dose yourself quite a few times, and you may end up using a few super restores if it lowers your prayer level. It will raise or lower some of those stats randomly, and you can get up to a 6 level boost. Give that a try

I find that the higher level log does make a difference. My friend and I were there, I was using Teak, she was using Mahogany, and she would constantly get about 40-50k more gold per inventory of keys. Then when I switched to Yew, I found that I was getting slightly better rewards. I would suggest using the highest level pyre log you can make.

1) Cannot really give you a honest answer on the profit. My friend went there and got 3 dragon axes in 3 hours, I have been there and only got a warrior ring in 3 hours. 2) Mage with Full Guthans, and Dragonfire Shield. Just equip the Guthans Spear to heal on the spinylopses. I took Fire Wave, but you could also take slayer dart. 3) For suiciding, the soloer, pops down and gets rex on him, then lets the suicider know to come down. The suicider who is 3 iteming then pops down and attacks Prime and Supreme, getting them off the mage and drawing them to the other side of the room. Thus allowing the soloer to get into the safespot and start killing rex. 4) If you go solo, take a War Tortoise filled with a couple pouches, and the rest Brews and Restores at 3:1.

Pointless... they removed that "safespot" from PVP a while ago.

When you are Importing Data into Excel, As far as I can tell, you have to do the whole webpage. Now the the GE database, depending on how you sort or whatnot, this could be an issue. If they add an item above yours, it would shift the cell downwards. I suggest using the TIP.IT item page, and although your lookup will be 30-60 lines long you would never have to worry about it moving rows. The only problem with Tip.it is that it has gp or k or m in the numbering. Now on to your other questions, in your "Import Web Data query box, there is a properties or options box. Inside of that is "Update on Open". This is off by default, so if you turn it on for every webquery you insert, it will update when you open. Be careful with the amount of data though, these spreadsheets can become quite large quite fast. As for a Green for Profit, Red for Loss, you can use Conditional formatting, where anything above 0 displays as green, and everything below 0 displays as Red.
