Well if Jagex had nerfed the drop rate, it will be rarer than 3rd age items as I have been 3rd but never a god page so far from clue scrolls. I believe the god pages are completely removed from the clue scroll rewards and the only way to obtain them now are from the vyrewatches.
This is correct; you can only get them from Vyrewatch burning now.
Explain this:
You can acquire torn pages by completing Treasure Trails or by buying them from adventurers who have gained them as a reward from the Treasure Trails. From: http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarti ... le_id=1728
They never updated it.

Okay, so...
The items work like morphic tools that you purchase from the minigame?
IE: the morphic tools basically say you are unarmed.
You do realize that all the reward armor is crafted to look like the most powerful (level 5) armor in game too, right...?
-
70 is high if you consider that there's 99 levels to a skill. It's nearly 70% of the total amount of levels to a skill.
Don't get me wrong, though - it took me a hell of a lot longer to get 90+ in combat skills than 70 from 40 or other ranges.
-
The Champion's Challenge is annoying but isn't too hard.
-
Lol I wanted to fight on PvP worlds underwater, obviously with friends since there's such little chance anyone else would go there. Not for drops, though.
The Rocking Out underwater area had a really cool sunken ship and some monsters not available anywhere else.
-
Rocking Out introduced a new underwater area that I considered to be much better than previous areas; however, it seems you cannot access it after the quest is complete.
-
Ugh... Why??
This was the best underwater area thus far, and you can't get in after the quest?
-
I think the real reward will be JaGEx having actually finally completed a few quest storylines.
-
They do -
Red and Blue needs 5 Defense and is equivalent to Steel.
White and Blue needs 20 Defense and is equivalent to Mithril.
Lime and Blue needs 30 Defense and is equivalent to Adamant.

2 Mith bars with hammer = 161xp.
2 mith bars without hammer = 100xp.
2 mith bars with sc hammer is 11xp more than 3 mith bars without.
Remember this only works on bolts, knives, darts, (anything that uses ONE bar only)
Trust me - farming points in SC can gather at minimum of 60,000 points per game.
60k points - 20 mins = 3 tools
= 3000 bars just wasting 20 mins
Unfortunately, you cannot buy 3 tools after 1 game, the exchange guy will give you some excuse about not having good enough clay.
-
Buying some would involve me asking how... :D
And I might, depending on the xp you actually get there, which I'll investigate tomorrow or Friday...
-
Ah, then yeah, just make Mithril Bolts using the SC hammer like Ray said. That's a relatively large xp boost, and I'm pretty sure each tool lasts for 1,000 uses, so it'd only take 5 extra hours to get 457.5k more xp.
-
31k xp daily?
I was looking for an overall game plan, but you're right, that'd be a good supplement. Thanks.

ffs @ all the crafting threads
Just get all the battlestaves from zaff
100 from ge
buy air orbs (or unpowered and enchant yourself) and top them off, alch or sell. Do this every day and it should cut it down alot.
Also, coifs are fast - but green dhide bodies are faster and less money wasted. Why cant we say dragonhides? I mean - they pretty much are the best way to train.
Battlestaves are slow and dragonhides are expensive - I was looking for some compromise.
That sounds pretty good, but how long does it take for 1% of your supplies to be used?Build the temple until 100% Repair State is achieved. You will get some crafting exp along the way (around 76 exp per 1% of building supplies used). -
i'm 71 right now and going for 80.
i was planning on mineing 15k coal useing MTK to get another 15k and buying 30k coal, and 15k mith ore on the ge. i will then superheat them and just finished making 15k nats.
what should i do after this? i was planning on just selling the bars and make a small profit but i want to get faster smithing levels. Is there anything i could make that would if not keep me getting a profit at least make it so that i won't lose to much?
After that you should make mithril BOLTS (unf) with the Hammer MORPHIC tool from stealing creations.:P
50xp without the hammer
or 80.5xp with?
I agree with the Mithril Bolts - are you getting 80 for Stealing Creations?
If you weren't already 80 Fletching I'd also recommend feathering the bolts as I'm not sure if flightless bolts sell very well.
You might want to use the Blast Furnace world instead of Superheat Item. You save 30k Coal and then you could just sell those Nature Runes. The dwarf there unnotes ores for a small fee, and there's an anvil there, so no worries about banking.
I'm in a very similar situation and have basically outlined my plan for getting it. I'm still wondering about how long it will take, though...
-
That vid got me to subscribe to Foo. :D
But I still decided to take the easier way out and go near the statue.
OP updated.
-
The maze place under Sophanem. I just run south, west, north, west, then south and kill the Locust Rider there. It's totally afk-able for the first ~30 kills but watch out they do hit pretty hard sometimes (22ish max).
Alright, thanks, although I may still go to the base to complete the notes.
I've also heard that a nice Crimson Charm rate makes these more bearable?
-
I know a random event will do that to you if you ignore it...
I can't remember which one though.
-
The cost for cutting Emeralds appears to be nearly 9m, which is more than I am willing to pay.
Also, does anyone know about the Crafting xp at the Shades of Mort'ton temple?
-
I'm looking to lose less than 5m while also finishing in less than 12 hours, and so far it's looking like Molten Glass -> Unpowered Orb is my best bet, but still, is there anything I've missed?
Goal level is 80.
-
After Rocking Out, you get a dead parrot which you can feed fragments of that rock piece to bring it to unlife.
This requires 71 Summoning by the way.
I've never heard of being given that message, though...
-
Alright, statue in the swamp? I'll look for it...
And I should've said battlestaves were the other thing I wasn't even considering... :S
What kind of bracelets? Any chance of them being ones you don't lose nearly 7m on (like Hard Leather Bodies)?
-
What should I use to train Crafting at level 68, going for 80? Exclude any kind of dragonhides please.
What kind of Crafting xp can you get from building the temple at the Shades of Mort'ton minigame?
god pages
